Snaprepair connects homeowners with builders and fixers in Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and mobile apps, and how we use it.

• Account details: name, email address, and sign-in method (email, Google or Apple).
• Job details you post: description, photos, city or area, budget, and contact details.
• Builder profile details: trades, service area, rates, experience and reviews.
• Bids, messages and reviews you submit.
• Payment records for platform fees. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service working.

• To show jobs to builders and let them bid.
• To share a homeowner's contact details only with the builder whose bid is accepted.
• To send emails about bids, accepted jobs and payments.
• To match builders with relevant job leads using automated tools, including AI.
• To process platform fees and keep financial records.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Trusted service providers that help run Snaprepair: hosting and database, Stripe (payments), our email provider, and AI processing for lead matching. They may only use your information to provide services to us.

We keep your information while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as required by Canadian tax law.

You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and personal data, open your Dashboard and tap "Delete my account" — it is removed immediately, except records we must keep by law. You can also email us at the address below with the subject "Delete my account" and we will remove it within 30 days.

Snaprepair is not intended for anyone under 18.
